Yeah that seems good, maybe a light pink colour (top colour in picture) that's displayed at the bottom of your screen saying that it's muting you :p

Meh, I don't think it's necessary Byte... works fine as it is now and doesn't really need to be over complicated with text appearing on your screen

PS: If the text is too big for you or cut off, its because its bugged on some resolutions.
Wait for Valve to fix it, its a known CSGO bug.
