I gagged dandy for 15 min or 5 mins for Abuse toward another player after being msged in admin chat about your yuck comment towards i think Valance (It wasn't Valence that msged) and then you proceeded to change your name to "Magi is a good admin" being a smart ass about your gag. I asked you to change it, you said no. I changed it for you. You then rejoined after i warned and changed your name 3 more times. You then changed it to "Magy is a good admin" because I said it was clearly sarcasm towards me and your gag. I then banned you for 60 mins as i deemed it a reasonable ban. If you wish to get on JB and disrespect players then an admin because you were gagged, in my eyes you deserve a ban.

Yeah that's what it looks like to me, just make sure not to disrespect players (especially admins) by changing your name and being sarcastic with it, he gave multiple warnings, kicks and the ban was justified.
The admin team have concluded that this is NOT abuse.
No further action will be taken.
