Neutral, you're an awesome and funny guy don't get me wrong, however; you rarely enforce rules and when you do it only seems to be in your favour, also a little lack of knowledge of the rules and some toxicity to younger players because they don't know the rules themselves, resulting in you losing your cool for a couple seconds.
Saying this however, I wouldn't mind seeing how you go on a trial period.

Forgotten i know you've seen me saying horrible stuff to youger player, but that attitude was gone for quite a while specially after tai lopez banned, also i agree about myself rarely enforced rules this is because we either I don't see anything or an admin already handling it, don't get me wrong i dont want to start an argument

Hey man! I havn't really seen you on too often recently man. But, what I have seen of you has been pretty good man. I can agree with the others that you don't really enforce many of the rules and just bystand. But you can work on that over time I supppose.
So from me it's a +1/neutral.
