-1 personally i think this command has its up and downs because if you were to mute all dead people you could be half way through a conversation with someone, they die then you are unable to communicate with each other until you both die or the next round happens. Alternatively stopping to unmute all dead people. On the dead people side someone who is unaware that you have muted all dead people may be screaming your name out and you will never respond and will just piss the crap out of all other people.

neutral, being dead is cool because you can abuse the warden with fellow prisoner. i like chatting when im dead. but people can just go into ve0 if they dont like it?

-1 i want to talk to other players that is why i joined a community and ur restricting one of the many ways i can have a verbal conversation with another player and i feel that breaks the code of conduct and mayweather it would by muting ur restricting their right of speech that martin luther king had to fight for to bring it the law into action.
-1 it only benefits admins and restrict normal players if you cant hear the game just tell them to be quiet and if they dont mute them u have higher authority dumbass
