I mean I am technically a certified barista.
Firstly you purge the steam wand on the coffee machine, then you filter through some water to make sure it's clean. After that you need to delete you forum account from invex, sign up to priority gaming and constantly flail out "invex is so dead", even tho invex has received like every donation goal for almost a year and is positive money wise. After that step make sure you come back to invex, suck pretty much all the staff members dicks (@triplecdawg can teach you some nice methods), after that make sure the coffee beans are fresh and come from an air sealed container, place them in a grinder. Push down and then twist the grinder, place in the handle attachment, filter water though into a cup. This should go for 25-30 seconds. Heat up the milk, poor the milk into the cup and then apply for invex admin. If you actually want to get invex admin tho, just be friends with one current admin. If your admin friend +1's you, all the other Admins will follow and +1, because most people are sheep.
