Other than chat logs (which is inconsistent in itself) I don' t it will ever be possible.
Suggest an idea to fix the problem next time tho

Actually Byte this seriously pisses me off. 20 minutes after I see this, SpAdes decides to quickly make the suggestion himself to get a contribution.

Maybe admins get a message pop up saying someone is in redie, who you could get a menu pop up that tells you who is in redie.
Then if you someone is constantly opening jail etc you can give them a punishment.

Give the contribution to Mathew_1 seeing as he really wants it, was mainly because someone was locking surf in a row and was annoying me and would help out in surf alot too.
