1+ Probably the best candidate right now for surf admin (soz Corbin H) well that's the reason why I recommended him.
He's active, he's willing to make the server better, he enforces rules, he puts a lot of time in to the server and I think that he really deserves it.
Makes abuse reports to help the server, and trys to help in anyway properly.

-1/neutral, made a valid abuse report then deleted it trying to hide the evidence, would probably be too lenient towards friends, aside from that is very active but also gets a lot of hate for making abuse reports on very minor things.
