instead make it either 3/3 or 4/5
just general questions to start off and then 2 pretty tough ones at the end that you would've had to pay attention for to know.

Agree with ev0's idea too. Or we could give members voteswap ability? Because an admin isnt always on and that 30minutes could be other than playtime hours.

I suggest that admins occasionally stop the jailbreak game for 1-2 minutes and question each CT individually for a CT/T rule etc (or just the ones people complain about.) To list 1-2 or they get swapped i saw Jailbreak Banhammer do this and swap the CT's who failed to state a rule(without doing !rules on the question day) This can be implemented and repeat offenders ct banned until they can read the rules. There is no way of cheating this system as it is controlled by an admin/staff.
This can also make people who complain about a CT freekilling/camping etc happier so they can enjoy the rest of the game. Admin/s can ask for 2 CT rules and if the person fails to answer they can be swapped (or if the rules are too obvious staff can ask for more less obvious rules)

Admins cant always question a CT like that. We want to maximize the playtime and have an automated or a quick system to get it done with.

I agree with Turtle - it's pretty damn hard to ask a CT questions about the rules when you're rebelling and when they're trying to get a crowd of rebels in order. Reducing load on the admin team is something we ought to be trying to do, an automated system would be great.

This was my thoughts exactly. I've personally tried this before and it just doesn't work out, it takes them too long to answer usually because they're looking it up, so i swap them and they complain they were typing slow or someshit. It just starts unnecessary conflict. So an automated system would be great for us.

Thats what we all want right? Haha. What we can do is 'Minimize' the issue we cannot completely eliminate it. It is only achievable through attempts with Trial and Error. This is where the suggestions come in since we all now know what the idea is now.

Definately a cool idea. Preventing people who don't know the rules from breaking them. I likey.
