If you are given admin it means we believe you will make a good admin, the trial period begins from day 1 and if you make mistakes we will let you know so you can fix them. If you continuously fail to enforce rules then your admin is taken away. Anything an admin does (bans etc) can be easily reverted so theres not much to limit for trial admins anyway.
fair enough I mean it's not like people be crazy bad when they are promoted
