Sure, a Nazi Warden or CT team will ruin the fun for the T's - a lot of you aren't realizing that it's crucial to the satisfaction of the game.

1) You're a prisoner. You aren't generally supposed to be lax and playful. If you drop the soap in a prison, you get fucked - in JailBreak, it comes in the form of you getting shot for stepping out of line. Same idea, different implementation.

2) When there's a Nazi CT team, you're more inclined to rebel. The satisfaction of backstabbing a Nazi is always going to be more than the satisfaction you'll get for backstabbing a nice warden. It works the way it's intended to, and whilst it's never fun to be shot for accidentally jumping or something, it's much more satisfying to kill the guy that shot you in return.
Without that, the game is more or less just two teams trying to kill the other team, just with one team being armed.

It's a very interesting and practical way to make the game more rewarding, and I don't think anything needs to change.
If you get shot for doing something minor, suck it up and plan your revenge. Act like a prisoner.

Lol essentially prison break in a nutshell (TL;DR @"gegmin" or gutter's post) is:

Prisoners are unarmed but don't have to follow any laws (at the risk of being shot).

Guards are armed but have to abide strictly to laws (at the risk of being slayed).
