Okay I will say this
The only perms I can every see a "moderator" rank player use is mute, gag, silence and swap
Anything else is just them being admin
Honestly @"Mclovin" @"PhatKow" I think that this sort of level if anything these sort of perms should be for trail admin otherwise it is basically adding another admin to the team

I'm with Prince on this, Although There is quite a few times where admins aren't on, and someone needs to be muted. Even if Senior members had the option to !votemute, !votegag, !votesilence, and !votekick. This would only be allowed to be used when admins weren't on. This way, it is decided by the players on the server as well. It just took someone with experience and knowledge to initiate the vote. Having a distinguishable line between admin and moderator, with such few important commands is kind of hard.

Kai I am thinking that !votekick and all that vote stuff might not work because big groups of people on the server could simply gang up on someone and then others might bandwagon along.

I can see both pros and cons of this.
Personally I think just having the !mute and !gag commands would be good just to spot abuse and mic/chat spam.
But also I can see this being abused.
But then this rank would only be given to the trusted players.
Overall I would give this idea a +1 but only for !mute and !gag commands

-1 isn't necessary, Would be pointless declining admin if we are still just going to hand out permissions to them especially if they are not fit for the job.
If you want permissions, Follow the Rules Be active & Be friendly to new and existing players it isn't hard thing to do.

Even if it wasn't a build up for an admin, just s completely separate rank which a select few get to just mute, gag etc. when admins arnt on
Would be good for the most active players... then it would have a point, coz some of the admins on JB barely come on
