Should probably wait a bit longer man, you can't come back and expect to be promoted straight away. I'd say, let you start completely fresh, forget everything that happened before this post - the good (Admin, playtime etc) and the bad (Leaving the community), and make a decision there. IMO you should have to go through the requirements all the other members have to, without any special consideration.

That is pretty rude and disgusting attitude towards an ex-invex member / admin you should treat everyone with respect even if they made a mistake they regret, expected better from you, you would expect respect if you left as well.
Josh as your friend I would +1 you but its too early for you to become a member play a bit more and its a +1 from me
