I'm going to have to say -1, Unfortunately from the last application I've seen a huge decline in activity/Maturity, When next to no players online seth displays a poor attitude as if it was his own server willy nilly with no rules if you understand my termaknowledgy . When a lot of people are on his actions are very good, Displays great server knowledge just needs to show that throughout the day/night.
