Typically, CSGO seems to have issues with giving xray to players if there are more than 10 players.
So we can't use the default xray system so we're using a plugin instead (1v1 only for now).
All players (not just admins) can type '!xray' or 'sm_xray' in console to turn on xrays.
This gets reset when you rejoin a team, or map changes etc.
Plugin might have a few bugs here are there, report all of the ones you find.

EDIT: Reverted changes. Worked fine on dev but on 1v1:
1. Had weird player model glitch bug
2. Xray would stay on you when you got moved from spec to an arena
Need more testing before it can be added to 1v1.

Sounds cool
