I am not often on jailbreak, but I know there are a lot of rules you have to follow. So imo jailbreak needs enough admins where at least one is on, almost at all times the server is active.
Dandy is really active on surf and follows all rules. Long time player, knows the expectations and imo would be good as an admin.
+1 I reckon he deserves admin.
