Even if some people -1 it but admins +1 it, their vote is 'worth more' because of their rank and their experience, also a thread is made about the admin application which you can't see (Admins only thread), were the admins discuss the person making the application seeing if they're suitable for admin.

-1, Trust is the biggest part that any admin needs to show towards the community and the admin team, with your recent VAC and hacking background there is no reason anyone should trust you even if you imply you don't cheat on the Invex community servers, It will be difficult to trust you and for now I really don't see you fit for an admin role.

You pretty just proved my point lol, even if a app gets a ton of -1 it does not matter because the current admins run everything, hence dictatorship. They just like to let you think you have a vote.
A great example of this is Ownajs latest admin app.

DangersClose a while back only admins + could comment on admin applications. That was because admins had to have had approval from AT LEAST one current admin, plus the support from other admins in order to be opted in. Recently, members + have been allowed to voice their opinion, however their replies are more for constructive criticism, also things the admins mention in the admin section of the forum (not leaking info admins, it's in the guidline area of the forums accesable to all.) When your app is under review, the applicant is discussed and the ultimate discion is yes, made by current admins +, not just the global team.

Would like to add onto what Seth said, my admin application is a clear indicator that the community comes first. Whilst you probably do not know what I'm talking about, I assure you admins do not always have the final say.
