Neutral, mainly for the same reasons as Seth.

RE: Squidwards Admin App - Squidward - 09-10-2016

Well I don't think I'm getting admin but I'll just say a few things before the thread closes for review.

So, I can't lie, I have argued to Ownaj on more than one occasion but I have never argued with anyone else.

Seth mentioned my warns and yes, I have 6/7 but they were from my shitty noob days where I didn't know how to CT. I haven't recieved a warn for just about 3 months now and the most recent one should have been removed anyway for a misunderstanding. He also mentioned that I can get a little "hot-headed" and I believe he's refering to when I used to argue with Ownaj, and yes, I got hot-headed. Plox forgive me, I'm only an angsty teen.

I'm still a little baffled by what DangersClose mentioned about me encouraging abuse towards him? I can't recall this ever happening and I'm sure anyone can back me up when I say that I'm not one to simply abuse other players, even if they abuse me. He also mentioned that I take things too seriously which I can agree and disagree on. I don't take everything seriously but when things do need to be taken seriously, like rule enforcing, I do. I don't understand why he would imply this as a bad thing since I believe that being able to know when to be serious and know when to have a joke around is a good admin quality!

Masta mentioned that I could probably boost my PT time a bit which I can agree with. I might not have as much time as other admins which could be seen as quite a negative but even then, you could have someone with 30,000 minutes but be a shit player that everyone hates or have someone with 5,000 minutes and have a full understanding of all the rules and be a respected and loved member. Masta then mentioned that "Squidward isn't on JB as much..." which triggered me a little since I am on pretty much every day and I don't know where he got this assumption from (except for this week since I'm heading up to Wallaroo <3).

Last but not least, Deamo mentioned that I don't enforce the rules a lot which I can also agree and disagree with. I try my best to advertise the rules to people that may not understand and I can give a few examples. Whenever I'm warden on a map with hotcells, I never EVER kill a noskin who doesn't ass on bars within 2 seconds. I realise that they might not quite understand what ass on bars means or whether they're in a hotcell. I always go up to the cell and tell them what they're meant to do ie. "All you have to do is stand here -shoots at floor- and face the back of your cell until further instructions". I do understand that this isn't an admin job but I feel like it shows my helpfulness to new players (what Peaches menitoned) and rule enforcing. Another example is special days. Since I spend the majority of my time on CT I obviously have 30 seconds to speak before the T's can. When a special day has started, I always use this 30 seconds to give out the very basic rules of this special day such as whether you can JP/Bhop or armoury camp and when you can do it. I consistently do this with every special day which is another strong admin quality. My final example is simple rule breaking. Whenever I see someone break a basic rule I'll always tell them in a pretty relaxed way like "bruh, you can't do that man, could you slay? It's only for 1 round, you'll be fine" rather than doing what other people might do which is say "SLAY, YOU FGT OR I'LL GET AN ADMIN ON AND GET YOU BANNED"... I mentioned that I also agree with Deamo's statement and this is simply because the only power I have is my words and they often don't get you very far. If people don't want to play by the rules even if I'm asking them to, they don't have to do it since I can't do anything about it. So, I do and don't enforce the rules it just depends whether the person wants to listen.

Hopefully this might change at least 1 neutral to a +1 but I can only try.

RE: Squidwards Admin App - Luke - 11-10-2016

The admins have discussed your application and we decided that you're not quite ready for the role yet. You are still semi-new too the community and can still be a little immature at times.
I will also take this opportunity to say one of the other reasons is that we aren't exactly looking for more admins at this time. We have a lot of admins already and unless the candidate is a 100% necessity to the admin team (no offence) then we most likely will deny the app until we're in more demand.

Rejected.
