1. Be active on invex servers (especially jailbreak as your application is for jailbreak)
2. Enforce rules, have not seen you talk to someone who has freekilled to tell them not too
There is 2 things I can think on, if you work on those two +1

The mic is an absolute necessity to admin efficiently and effectively, You need to learn how to use this a lot more when becoming admin. This is why I'll be going neutral for now.
I'm definitely happy to give you a shot though, as a lot of admins are busy and cannot get on at the moment.
You're active, you enforce rules, you're friendly but the mic needs to be used.
