Dont really understand the childish part. Could you provide some examples? Also im hitting 4-5 hours a day.

Positives= Enforces the rules always there to help new players knows the rules off by heart not a rulebreaker
Negitives= Try to use ur a mic a bit more be a lil bit more active and try to enforce the rules for others a little bit more

+1 a mic is not necessary at all but it certainly helps to have, I heard Hello World talk probably like twice and he was a great staff member (Admin chat is red and stands out for a reason). Aside from that he was very active and enforced rules when I was still active and I would have recommended him then so my thoughts haven't changed. Good luck.
On a side note he also does everyone's abuse reports kek.
