Rejected.
The admin team feel you need to be more serious in certain scenarios (when enforcing rules/dealing with rule breakers).
We also feel you need to wait a little while longer before going for admin given prior resignations/bans.
There was also the incident when you abused perms for a little while.
As an ex-admin you should know what you need to work on.
