+1 I can confirm he has been very toxic e.g. coming into our channel and try to intimidate us as well as being rude and toxic across the board.

Alright I've reviewed this and talked to Tick and Killemz about it (PoosKi wasn't on at the time).
With the demo, in round 11 I hear:
PoosKi: 0/1 killemz? you're 0/1 killemz?
Killemz: PoosKi you're not even active on this server
PoosKi: I can ban you in an instant I wouldn't talk
Killemz: Sorry, what did you say, for what? What're you going to get me banned for
PoosKi: no reply/unaudible
Killemz: Cry more
Killemz: goes on for about 30 more seconds then the discussion ends
Seems to be like you're holding the prior abuse over his head like blackmail.
That isn't cool. You either make an abuse report if you felt abuse has happened or you decide its not abuse report worthy and don't make it.
With regards to toxicity, I haven't seen anything worthy of a ban (sourcebans bans span over 3 years and none are explicitly toxicity bans).
If there is anything specific regarding this? Please post it.
So overall this is mostly a personal information leak.
You decided to queue up and play Rocket League with him so that won't even be looked into.
The final thing is simply the evidence of him saying your real name in Discord voice chat.
Killemz claims this occurred on a non-Invex Discord server I think.
PoosKi claims this occurred on the Invex Discord server I think.
We don't have voice logs obviously so.
Do you each have anything to add before this is finalised?

I dont really have anything to say but sorry to PoosKi for saying his name regardless even if it wasnt on invex , i did not realise you would care that much and i would like to say that it will not happen again for good

Apology is good enough for me tbh, I'll admit that the "blackmailing" part which happened when I was tired (not saying it's an excuse) was wrong of me
Just a small warning to killemz/small punishment (if it even for a through because there is no way to confirm it went through an invex server.)
If you want the raw files for clips of him releasing them rather than the cut up one (trimmed down so it's not a 13 minute shadowplay one.) I can do that.
He's been relatively toxic towards me for a while, and I do have some more evidence of that (from the same clip) if need be.
Just a warning to Killemz is all that I want like I've stated before as if he claims it's a mistake, it's a mistake. And I'm one to give 2nd chances so yeah.
Killemz ill talk tl you tonight about this of you would like.
