Title says it all really, the vip channels dont automatically delete themselves after the "1440" time limit

I fixed some small bugs but I couldn't figure out why the bot wouldn't delete expired channels.
After restarting the bot, it seems to be deleting expired channels correctly now.
We'll have to see if it messes up again so I'll keep this bug report up until then.
