50 appeal - 50 - 05-03-2018
would like to rejoin the community
3 month ban for saying/releasing Forgottens first name, even though it was public on the forums, I still should've respected his personal information and not said anything at all.
After I was banned Forgotten accused me of leaking his full name on dtk bhop, and my ban got extended to perm. No proof was required for this at all, I know this because I'm 100% certain I didn't leak his name and had he provided proof it would support this.
I tried explaining it properly in a recent appeal, but was denied because of him lying about what happened. Insane Roze Spunno (LIMITED) were all there when this happened, and they can all confirm the only person releasing personal information was spunno.

Besides the above, just 2 days ago during the Pinturillo event you decided to join the stream and andchill.tv lobby (which is ban evading but not a major issue) but you then went ahead and posted Forgotten's real name into the stream chat.

I've considered the pictures you provided of the name leaking in the stream showing it wasn't you. I don't have any extra proof anyway besides what I recalled.
After discussing this with staff, you will be unbanned.
Keep in mind with our current ban policy, your next permanent ban will be unappealable and will not be removed.
You have been unbanned and this thread has been closed.
