Plain and simple,
Add a Special Day Suggestion In important threads. I know it’s not important but will cut down suggestions as 50/50 suggestions are special days ideas.

-1 overcomplicates stuff doesn't really help in anyway you can see if it's a special day suggestion from the title and you can just Ctrl + f big deal
