no orders had been given the other guy in the gun hot cell immediately started shooting the gun at cts and Kaos just sprayed into the hot cell.

Obviously Kaos has broken the rule of no freekilling/freewounding, but this could be 2 possible things, a mistake or purposely attacked. It's easy to misclick all the time. But we're lucky no one got freekilled as he only freewounded, the only punishable offence for violating this rule is probably just 2 hours ban. Lastly, if there were admins on the server, I encourage you to open up about anything that has happened on the server. If not, this is what this board is for.
