Also being on top of the map is CLEARLY map exploiting. The rule around map exploiting is pretty simple to understand.
If you are somewhere where you can see through the map its an exploit. If you are somewhere the map creator did not intend you to be, you are exploiting. If you use jetpack to get on top, underneath or out of the map, its EXPLOITING.
Jumping up ontop of the map walls to get into an area otherwise locked by a secret teleporter, is map exploiting.
You were told by multiple people you were not allowed up there that you argued with.
Also since you "don't care".

Hey can you not just close threads and let me respond to what you say first it's like your intent on not being questioned in the slightest, you know that thing you could of done when you came onto the server and just banned me without having a discussion with me at all then maybe I wouldn't have to waste my time making an unban request. Ok for starters I didn't say most admins I said some admins and I'm not going to bother risking getting people in to trouble over something like this but you can believe me or not whatever if an admin who has said to people its not a map exploit because that's what they believed that's up to them, the main point is you just handed out a 1 day ban with no warning over something silly that a lot of people do, no matter how clear something is to you it may not be to other people everything I said on my last unban request like going more indepth with the rules and giving out warnings before bans over first time offences is still valid. Everyone obviously has a different opinion over what is a map exploit as I said maybe the creator did intend for us to get up on the walls but your an admin you get to decide I get that as head admin I know its up to you to decide on things like this and I'm not arguing over if it should be aloud or not, you've told me so now I know not to do it, you said people told me not to do it well I've been told I'm aloud to do it and the people who said Im not they aren't admins and people make shit up all the time because that's what they believe so that is not a valid argument. Look do what you like I honestly don't believe you think you couldn't of handled that better, You want more people to play on the server so it stays alive and there are a lot of rules and grey areas with a game mode such as jailbreak you need to learn when to crack down on people who are intentionally breaking the rules and not over confusion of the rules or your just going to deter people away from the server and play a part in its death.

Dino makes a fair point, some admins don't care and I have seen them do it as well. I have done this a couple of times (when I didn't know it was map exploiting) when admins were on and I didn't get in trouble and didn't see anyone else get in trouble either when they did it. I feel like the rule needs to be better explained or enforced so no one gets confused. Dino is a really respectful player and I rarely see him break rules and I think in this case he wasn't sure about the rule and didn't trust what DJC was saying. I'm sure he knows better now but I think a ban was a little harsh considering the rule is convoluted.

Ok so heres my problem. You complain about getting different rules from different admins but how can I correct them if I don't know who they are.
They wont get in trouble, just corrected on the rule. That's how it works.
The Admin team is here to help each other out and not just dob each other in.
Also I'm upholding rules so it fair play for everyone that comes on. If you really didn't know then why didn't you listen to the multiple people who told you it was map exploiting.
Why didn't you bother to try contact me about it and ask?
Why did you make a joke about it on the server? (I can read chatlogs)
Why did you argue with DJC when he told you the rule multiple times?
Why did you do the exact same thing a day after the original abuse report?
Some would think that if you got abuse reported for it, it would be against the rules.
You also broke the same rule 7 times in 1 map.
I would have warned you if you only did it once or twice.
I have been admin for over a year now. I'm not saying I'm perfect but 1 day is not that long.
Also you did say multiple times that you didn't care about breaking the rules or getting banned.
If you did it as a sincere mistake then you would have contacted one of the admin team and discussed the issue.
I closed the last thread because I denied the Unban Request and thats how the forums work.

How am I supposed to know they won't get in trouble if I've just gotten a 1 day ban for something that they said I'm aloud to do? feels like something they would get in trouble for also why would they just be corrected on the rule and I get a one day ban? anyways since Pepe was apparently joking around about it with you I'm pretty sure he was one of the admins who said its not map exploiting I'm not 100 percent if he was one so that doesn't really mean anything though. As I said multiple people telling me one thing doesn't mean anything if I have multiple people telling me another thing please stop using that as a reason for your ban. I didn't think I had to ask you because I have already been told I'm aloud to do it and I wasn't just going to rely on the words of Diamond and DJC. I don't know what joke your talking about please post it so I can explain myself. Just because I was abuse reported about it doesn't mean its against the rules that's why we have a not abuse section and I was continuing to do it because I believed that I wasn't doing anything wrong or I wouldn't have been doing it in the first place. It doesn't matter how many times I did it, It was a clear misunderstanding of the rules which would of been rectified with you telling me I can't do it and I wouldn't of done it again and I would of spread the word as well. I care about getting Banned for the wrong reasons I don't care about not being able to play the server for 24 hours there's a difference. WHEN HAVE I EVER SAID I DONT CARE ABOUT BREAKING THE RULES???? your making me out to sound like some delinquent who just does whatever he pleases on someone else's server, when 99 percent of the time I'm trying to help others with the rules and learn how to play on this server. Just because I didn't contact you personally doesn't mean I didn't believe I wasn't doing anything wrong.

All in all you still broke the rules.

But if everyone got unbanned by only giving the argument of "I wont trust other community members about the rule and I dont believe what I was doing is wrong" then there would be a lot of broken rules.
Sometimes for people to catch on examples need to be set.
I will not be changing the ban or unbanning you. No hard feelings and this isnt personal.
The fact is you broke the rule 7 times and then another after the abuse report was put up.
If you really wanted to know if you where right or not ask an admin.
