Can confirm, but he done much, much more then what was included in the demo. Here is some more evidence. Jared also muted him for 120 minutes but he came on after he had massed.

Had a few complaints about this guy, came on and sat in the server for about a minuet and witnessed him talk loudly in his mic (legit putting it down his throat) and abusing people and gave him a 2 hour mute as he had no intention of stopping
