iPhone is disabled, connect to iTunes. - PhoeniX - 07-04-2018

So basically i go onto snapchat to do streaks and it says camera is disabled, same with instagram so i turn my phone off fully then turn it on again and i get a message (iPhone is disablled, connect to iTunes)
Apparently it happens when you have gotten your passcode incorrect 10 times in a row, but i havn't even typed my passcode in once. Pls help because i cant even connect my phone to itunes on my computer.

Looks like all your data is going to be wiped when you reset it according to that article.

Have you put it in rice?

Jokes aside, have you tried creating a temporary password then removing that password?

Ok ill let you know what to do.

So this issue must be related to the software update on your phone.

1. what you can try to do its hold the home button and power button together untill it resets and turns on, then you can let go once you get the apple logo on your phone.

2. If this does not solve the issue, try plugging in your phone into a laptop/pc and try getting itunes to auto open by itself then force a password reset.

3. If this does not resolve the issue, then you will have to get a factory reset on your phone (Via Itunes.)

Or, if you feel like i may be bullshitting (I really am not :^) ) you can install apple support application on another device you have, sign in with the apple id of the iphone experiencing the issue, and do an online chat with them to see what the problem is.

your welcome Smile

download the application and speak to them. no need to book with them unless they tell you (which you can do through the app)
