!ptcheck Bug - Will - 10-04-2018
When an admin ptchecks a player the output says that it is the admins pt: https://gyazo.com/8b9e8c9fceeee8f13840188b8f444a28\
It says '[PLAYTIME] sausage's total playtime for this server is: 93967 minutes' when it should say '[PLAYTIME] kaos' total playtime for this server is: 93967 minutes'

Can confirm, tested it on a player called rossy a couple mins ago and it printed:
[PlayTime] lil bro's total playtime for this server is 9 minutes
must have broke when Byte fixed the ddos / lag attacks in this update https://www.invexgaming.com.au/showthread.php?tid=10647&pid=101258#pid101258

Can confirm this was the cause.
Fixed now in V1.11 to print targets name instead of person issuing PT command.
