In most cases if you are warned for something your post is deleted. Therefore when you go to see the post there is nothing there, I think it would be better if it redirects you to the thread. Gif above of what i mean

This is a decent point.
We should maybe link to the thread in the Administrative Notes section of the warn.
Otherwise, the person could just PM the person who issues the warning for more details/reasoning?
Warn system might change soonish anyway.
