This is basically just a plugin that gives players the option to enable or disable auto pickup, for example on bigloop when ur SURFING ( yeh i know u can somewhat surf on a bhop map ) you accidentally pass over a weapon and loose ur awp or what ever, so !ap ( !autopickup ) can give you the chance not to auto pick up guns from gun spawners

You can just enable/disable this yourself by typing cl_autowepswitch 0 (or 1 if you want it on) in console, or follow these simple steps:
Step 1: Press Esc on your keyboard
Step 2: Select Help & Options
Step 3: Select Game Settings
Step 4: Scroll down ultill you find item options
Step 5: Change "switch weapon on pick up" to No.

Oh I understand, I think you mean when you go to a gun spawn with another gun and it automatically picks it up. This also pisses me off maybe instead of making it a command, just make it so you whenever you have a weapon and go through a weapon spawn it doesn't automatically pick it up.
