Remove the banned tag from the players on the top 10 donater's list, it doesn't really look appealing to new players seeing a huge ban tag on the top donater's

I won't remove their names as even though they are banned their contribution should be highlighted.
But I've removed the BANNED tag next to their name and removed the link to their profile.
Looks better now.
