I think you should be able to stack your Expert suggestor Award to show how much you have contributed.
EDIT: or add another award such as a glowing light for 5 successful suggestions or a golen hammer for Expert bug fixer for 5 successful bug reports idea

I agree with Squidward, the awards for getting your first suggestion/bug report are there.
Beyond that it should be up to you to come up with actually good ideas and valid bug reports.
No one is expected to spam them, thats just clutters the forum sections and its really annoying.
