Short and basic,
Get rid of the Facebook group as it’s very easy to see people who have liked the group,
Might want it to be removed for the safety of others

I am Pretty sure all Likes and such are private and cannot be seen by anyone besides the person who runs the facebook. I might be wrong though

Why? Its a brand page and won't be removed even though its never used.
As the page owner I can't even see who has liked it besides it telling me 16 people have.
