I think that we should have a command that is !banguidelines as when trying to ban someone it is very tedious to find it on the forums if you have to ban someone quickly.
it would work similar to the !rules command and have a pop up website that would show the ban guidelines help page.
pretty much just for admins so no comments that arent from admins are really needed.

+1. Havnt had to ban anyone yet with the new system in place but I'd imagine it would be helpful

-1, this is only helpful for certain scenarios that do not happen often, this is really only usefull for jb
if you are going to be banning someone dont you need to check the persons previous offences to check if they have done it before, to see how long to ban for ? so wont you have to go on the forums anyways, so useless

Ban first check and if wnat a change ask head admin to change it.
-1 u can easily check sourcebans/ct bans all u need to do is shift+tab

However, I also agree with Jae in that you don't you need to check the persons previous offences to issue a ban/make an abuse report.
