I would first like to say I was never toxic in the invex discord server and wasn't doing anymore on a server than arguing with why I was swapped. So I'm not sure why my platform ban has been applied to the severs and discord. Along with my uncertainty over the platform bans I haven't been banned for general toxicity yet so I'm not sure how I'm immediately onto my third offence without a prior warning or ban in the same way this has been done.
Over the past I have been bringing up multiple different issues with the rule set that aren't clearly explained e.g hotcells on clouds and due to there being so many of these issues is the only reason I've been constantly debating with the admins.
I happily accept reason such as when discussing with Pepedoge or the hotcells on clouds that I brought up with Magi where they gave their points and I conceded.
At no point did I take something out of context, I presume you mean when I told sausage that I had been doing what I was doing when Magi was on and he didn't swap me or ban me at that point. Alongside this I never took anything out of context to badmouth someone.
I never manipulated anyone and I don't believe debating rule sets is being toxic.

you have been constantly nitpicking rules and such. magikarp told you to stop and you continued to go on so you recieved a ban you then continued to argue with him in shoutbox about your ban and recieved an increased ban. you told me that magikarp said freekilling in lr is okay when he never said it was. ban is deserved imo

I don't believe not following rules that clearly aren't written e.g false statements aren't allowed isn't nitpicking. I got a ban for nitpicking which is a general ban not a toxicity one it was the compiled that gave me the toxicity ban but even then I have no previous toxicity bans so there is no way I'm on my third offence. I didn't tell you Magi said freekiling in lr was okay, I said dangerously close is Kos before you then decided to run inside of me and said I had done that Magi was on earlier and that Magi hadn't swapped/banned me at that point.

Prior to this ban I had received a 24 hour ban for rule O1 (General offence) for nitpicking and this was my first offence. After I received this ban I disagreed so I debated with magi in the shoutbox which then carried onto a private message on discord. At no point was I on the Invex discord and doing those things and I was barely doing those things on the server. I also went solely from that O1 1st offence to a O5 3rd offence toxic behavior ban despite no prior bans in that category. Due to this I am unaware how I have received bans for these servers despite my ban only being able to be given as a server ban not global. I would also like to point out while I'm here that Magi refused my abuse report for an invalid reason as can be seen at this link: https://imgur.com/a/lpyYyXF which clearly shows Magi abusing his power, falsifying information and denying another of my tribunal posts.

The ban guidelines were not enforced properly here.
From my understanding,
1. You received a valid 24 hour server ban (platform ban). Even though this ban is missing (should not have been updated in the bans...)
2. You then received a week long ban on server, then you wen't on forums and received a week long ban on there and then you went on Discord and received a week long ban on there.
That is not how the ban guidelines work.
The platform bans don't stack on top of each other and are their own separate thing (i.e. you can be 3rd offence server but 1st offence forums for all MEDIUM and lower severity offences).
As for the abuse report, its a good idea that the banning admin is not the one who handles the unban request (especially when they are being called out for abusing powers) to prevent biased decisions being made, I've seen this a lot of times.
As a result:
1. Your ban will be changed to a 24 hour server (platform) ban for O5 offence 2.
2. You will be unbanned from forums/Discord. You will have 1 offence for each of these (warning).
Its clear to me a warning log of sorts is needed to prevent a lot of confusion and make warnings etc official as its hard to follow the offences in the new system.
