So unless Invex staff can see the future, and banned him a month ahead of time, he should be banned for a longer time...

why are you still crying about it, I understand that you are mad because i was unbanned but seriously? a lot of thought was put in my unban application by the staff team hence why it took so long, don’t you think they would’ve gone over all of the aspects of the situation?

well they clearly didnt when the came to the conclusion that you were only on your 2nd offense of personal information link after leaking information on 3 different occasions.
"Your ban was related to a 2nd Offence Personal Information leak.
Under ban guidelines, this has a RBD max of 3 month which you have served."
One for Jochz and Dandy in discord, the 2nd being the perm for leaking s1gmas name, then you appealed leaking his name again to the whole forums.
This changes it significantly because with that being your 3rd offence, 3 months is the minimum ban time, with 12 months being the longest.
Forgotten v2 - Byte - 05-05-2018
The ban system has changed since the original ban.
Under the new ban system we would review all bans for people who were not perm banned twice on the old system.
We reviewed all the abuse reports and incidents related.
I wasn't aware of that particular incident in the unban request as ev0 had handled it.
With that being said he was already perm banned at the time so there wasn't anything to increase.
He is now unbanned due to recent ban guidelines changes and on his 2nd offence for p.info leak.
End of story.
The admin team have concluded that this is NOT abuse.
No further action will be taken.
