Head Admins/Admins delete shoutbox messages - blue - 07-05-2018
I think that Head admins and/or admins should be able to delete messages from the shoutbox. This would be good because if someone is being extremely toxic, or harassing someone and being very nasty, or someone says someone’s real name and releases personal information, they can delete it ASAP and then punish them. The Staff aren’t on 24/7 and are busy, but most likely an admin or Head admin would be on at a certain time to delete the message from the shoutbox. Or maybe make it so they can edit and say ‘(Message Redacted)’

We have all had toxic people dust us with their poison. Sometimes it’s more like a drenching. Difficult people are drawn to the reasonable ones and all of us have likely had (or have) at least one person in our lives who have us bending around ourselves like barbed wire in endless attempts to please them – only to never really get there.
Their damage lies in their subtlety and the way they can engender that classic response, ‘It’s not them, it’s me.’ They can have you questioning your ‘over-reactiveness’, your ‘oversensitivity’, your ‘tendency to misinterpret’. If you’re the one who’s continually hurt, or the one who is constantly adjusting your own behaviour to avoid being hurt, then chances are that it’s not you and it’s very much them.
Being able to spot their harmful behavior is the first step to minimizing their impact. You might not be able to change what they do, but you can change what you do with it, and any idea that toxic somebody in your life might have that they can get away with it.

It's a good idea, although giving Head-Admins more forum permissions than they already have would defeat the purpose of the rank. The Head-Admin rank was added after the Global Rank was merged with Staff in order to unify the Upper Admin Team. Previously the ranking system consisted of Server Admin > Global > Staff. Since the Global rank merged with the Staff rank, it left a large gap between the Server Admin rank and Staff. The Head-Admin rank was created to fill this gap, and the job of a Head-Admin is to govern their server, hence why they have permissions to complete Abuse Reports / Unban Requests for their particular server on the forums, access to Sourcebans, High Immunity on their respective server etc.
Adding perms like these for Head-Admins would essentially be merging the Staff and Head-Admin rank together, and shoutbox perms aren't necessary to Head-Admins because it doesn't concern their server and it's a Head-Admins job to govern their server. Global admin merged with Staff to unify the Upper Admin Team and make it bigger, if we can get a couple more Staff members they alone should be able to govern the forums. An alternative would be adding a rank that simply has perms only on the forums and they should be able to keep the forums clean, but I don't think Head-Admins should get shoutbox perms as it would simply merge the rank with Staff.

@"Lil Bro" when someone posted someone’s real name in the shoutbox the other day, I asked if you could remove it and you said No (obviously). That persons name ended up being clearly visible in the shoutbox for a very long time until I had to message a Staff Member. The personal information and privacy of all people in the Invex community can be greatly protected if you are able to delete messages. It doesn’t defeat the purpose at all, as Staff members can do a lot more. Not trying to start any arguments just clarifying what I was originally saying.

This has been noticed by Byte and discussed by some admins. We are working on finding a middle ground. Like @"lil bro" said whether this is a Forum Admin rank or more staff members.
Head Admin is a Server Based rank and probably wont be given extra forum permissions. Its the same with discord.
