we should add roll the dice to surf ( /rtd )
it basically gives you a random buff or debuff ingame

gives buffs such as life steal (you damage someone you get health back up to 100)
losing health up to 99
gaining health up to X amount
infinite ammo
damaging others damages you for half the amount down to 1hp then you dont take anymore damage
there are other modifiers too mainly affecting speed, cant remember all of them, dtk used to have this plugin on their mg server before it was shut down.
