Reminder to not directly message Byte - Byte - 05-11-2019 Yo, I'm making this post so I can link it to people As a reminder do not directly contact me for Invex related support in any of the following ways: Discord PM Discord voice chat Steam message Steam voice chat In-game admin messages In-game voice chat Snapchat Messenger While its convenient for you I do not want to receive these messages, all undocumented with various issues people are having. I will ignore you, and then block you if you continue to message me. Please know this is not because I don't want to help you but I get really frustrated with a constant stream of support messages coming in. Despite what lew may have you believe I'm not tech support. If you have an issue, follow these steps in the following order: Make a post on the forums in the support and bug reports section (if you don't make one you will be ignored until you do). PM an admin or staff member if you have no reply for at least 72 hours If you don't have access to the forums, email: [email protected] instead If you have general questions about the community or server such as ("what does jet pack do?" or "what is the veteran rank?"): Make a thread on the forums Ask in our Discord server This is the only way I can keep some sanity and I will enforce it strictly.
