Can't change rate - Razor - 05-11-2019 Been having high choke % on jb a lot when theres a lot of people but the sv/var/ping/loss is all pretty normal I think this is due to the rate being unchangeable. As you can see here on another server if I set my rate this low my choke is pretty high, I'm not sure how the tickrate affects this. I turn my rate up instantly fixed.
