Sleep if you had so much of a problem the music that you'd create an abuse report on him, why didn't you just ask him to stop through your mic, in text chat, or in admin chat? It's because you have absolutely no problem with Magi playing some music on a special day, and just want to make an abuse report for the sake of making an abuse report.

Music is not really allowed, at the least a vote should of been made. Once one person has ask to stop it, it should be stopped immediately if a vote was not made.
With this said, i'm not saying go onto the server everyday and call a vote for music as that will just be annoying. Music should only be played if everyone is okay with it and its not too busy.
This is a very minor offence, if even an offence at all.
No action will be taken.
