I think we should bring back -rep on forums just because i and a majority of the server feel like some people deserve it and it will make them realise how fucked the things they are doing are

+1 it would be cool if someone that had like -15 rep got like some sort of forum privileges off them like for example the ability to comment on posts
or you could limit the posts per day, something like that

So reason it was removed was because when people got -1', they complained about it being a false rep etc and asked to have it removed which is more manual work. We just removed it for that reason alone. I'll leave this open for more discussion though.

you could possibly add like some sort of timers like a month or 3 or something like that and after that certain time frame the -1 will automatically be removed
if thats not to hard xx
