Reason for Ban (if known): Reports of me Aimbotting, Scripting.
Reason for appeal:
I was recommended to join this server by my friends Eli and Greeny, I joined it and I was quite a bit clueless as to what to do i.e. Hotcell and vents ect.
I was learning the rules day by day and was having fun playing on Invex JB but only today as the map was changing I was banned, later to find out i have been reported for Aimbotting and Scripting. I will admit that I was scripting as I didn't know scripting was a bannable rule (I will be sure to turn this off when I join all Invex servers.)
I sincerely apologise for scripting and promise to turn it off if joining any Invex servers, about the aimbotting and previous account VAC banned I was consulted by a friend who proposed he would rank up my Alt account steamcommunity.com/id/SimpleSchmit/ from MGE to LEM but as to my knowledge a week or so ago he was cheating and obviously used my account to hack on MatchMaking. And as for the aimbotting report I can't really say much as I practice my aim in casual, DM Servers before playing anything seriously.
I'm sorry for any inconveniences but Invex has been the go-to server for me to play on these past few days and I'd hate to never be able to join again. Please Unban my alt account 'Ah-Hee'

Whilst it's hard to say for sure (as it looks like lag, given your movement stutter) the head of the player that was shot in the clip isn't even visible, and given your previous VAC ban it's fair to say that's an aimbot.
Two different admins have said it's probably an aimbot, as well as myself.
Do you have anything further to say? If not I'll give a conclusion.

Your point exactly with the FPS lag as I do play with 40-50 frames (Yes I know it's horrid xD, no judge pls)
40-50 on a good day btw..

I'm willing to unban you on a couple conditions:
-you never script, aimbot or use any other type of cheat on Invex Gaming servers again. If you're seen using any of those cheats, you'll be permanently banned.
-If you commit an offence that warrants a lengthy ban (6 hours and up) you'll be permanently banned.
If you end up breaking those conditions,you'll still be able to appeal those bans, however, it's just unlikely that you'll be unbanned.
Given this is a really sketchy case I'll unban you provided you agree to my condition.

I accept these conditions as they are fair and I will be sure to read up on the rules in more depth, thank you for everyones time.
