I am a very active player, There has basically never been a day with me not on it. I love to play because everyone on it is really nice and funny and its always nice to have a challenge!. I have been playing for around 6 weeks but i have played as much as i can. I can help by making the server without abusers to young kids or even people their age. I think you linked the wrong Steam ID (STEAM_0:1:16195506).
Could you fix that? (via User CP -> Edit Profile)

I think you need to play a little more before you apply for admin.
You should reapply in the future.
