Logging into Invexsurf for the first time to be slapped with a permanent ban before even seeing the loading screen raised a few question marks, but here I am before you.
I only wish to surf but if something's happened and I cannot be unbanned there's no stress I just like to have many servers to jump between.

Leave the group. Its an automated ban and rem will unban you maybe. joining that group will be banned by the server.

If you leave the group, you will be unbanned. Unfortunately we can't whitelist players from group bans, so if we unbanned you directly the group ban would still leave you banned.
This is provided the group ban is the reason you're banned in the first place.
