Well if he said Brandi would be dj then not abuse
If you were afk and didn't know still not abuse
He can say who he wants to be dj or to do music or not, it is all optional

I spoke to @sakaa about this situation and he said:
He put a vote for other Brandi or Qin to play music.
The vote came out to be Brandi.
He then muted Qin because he was playing music.
This is not abuse.

I put a vote up between Qin and Brandi to see which DJ the community preferred and the majority voted for Brandi. So.. yeah
