Unban Request (Rejected: 2 week CTban length) - Elijah - 30-03-2016
IGN: Elijah, (Also used) Child of Light, Child of Darkness, Child of Dankness, Ghost, Smiley Pants.
Time/Date of ban: Banned between 4:20 and 4:30 on the 30/3/2016.
Map: Clouds
Admin banned by: Aight
The only admins that I noted were on the server at the time were Aight and Big Moist
Banned for a freekill.
I was CT and we were in the middle of a joke day. Sto made a crude but funny joke and won with 3 yes votes to 2 no votes. He went over to the white table where the warden told him to go. There were a few more jokes after that. Then Sto said "Go on kill me you faggot" and "I bet you won't" I didn't realise he was being sarcastic so I AWPed him. Aight then issued me a 60 minute ban for freekilling. Big Moist then told Aight I had just come off an indefinite ban given to me by Ownaj and retracted by McLovin. Aight then retracted the 60 minute ban and gave me an indefinite one.
There were several other people in the match. I remember Matt, Sto, and Big Moist but there were a lot more players than that.
The warden said be super-nazi that round and I didn't realise Sto was being sarcastic. I am aware I have 12 warnings all of them for CT side offences, butI think my ban should be reduced from permanent to a lengthy but temporary ban. I think my ban should be up to 1 month for me to learn the rules better from on the T side. Even if the ban is longer than that I just don't want to be permanently CT banned.

It's not free killing if you asked the warden first. If you didn't, it was free killing. I'm guessing Aight was @gutter being undercover?

Its a CT unban request btw, its in wrong section. Also STO was being sarcastic and from what I'm aware Child Of Light (other name) was removed from a ctban a few days ago and was on probation. Sto was being sarcastic and the warden (matt) was saying do you wanna die? (after stop made a joke about his mum being fat, also be aware matt had been abused for a while before this (a few hours)). Anyways to was taunting him saying, i dare you, kill me, etc. Then This guy killed him and got ctbanned, it was a freewill from my POV as to was indeed being obviously sarcastic.

No one is going to believe me when I say this but most of the time I can't tell if someone is being sarcastic or not.

I can confirm that I was "aight". The reason you were ctbanned is because you have a very, very long list of warns. Pretty sure it's at 13 or 14 right now. Your behaviour has been consistently disruptive and you were on a permanent CTban before @Mclovin recently pardoned you, according to
You're always causing a scene when I'm on and have been a longtime negative influence, constantly breaking rules and arguing with admins.
You can make a new appeal on 06/04/16 (2 weeks from now) to be unbanned from CT.
*To clarify as there was some confusion above in the thread, this is a permanent CTban, not a ban.

Sarcasm isn't understood by all not everyone gets sarcasm so you can't say that obvious sarcasm makes it a freekill. Whoever put the ban on should remove it if that's the case but I wasn't there so idk if other things happened. I guess we just wait for @gutter to comment.
