Gun disappears on 1v1 - CHEF - 04-04-2016
Sometimes, your gun will disappear on 1v1 after you kill someone. It stays like this until you die and carries through to other arenas. Even then it might be there.
I have no evidence of this right now, it's only happened to me maybe 3 or 4 times, but next time it does happen I will make sure to get evidence and post it here.
Please don't close this thread unless you have found the bug and solved it.

As in the gun gets stripped or you just can't see it.

You can't see the gun.
It glitches out a bit when you spawn and switch guns but is just invisible basically.
You can still hear the shots from the gun and everything is pretty normal, except all you see is a crosshair.
Basically the opposite of Blu-Tack

Thats a valve issue that has been ongoing for a very long time now. They refuse to fix it, it happens in even official game modes. We can't exactly fix it.

Yeh thats just a problem with the game, happens to me all the time and tried working around it trying to fix it, but the only solution is just dying pretty much

If it happens to me i just type kill in console so i can see my weapons for the next round.

I guess the thread can be closed now.
TBH I'm sort of glad because I feel like I can aim better with only the crosshair and no gun, idk why but yeah.
