Stop Nazi's - Acid - 05-04-2016 In my opinion, this is such a little issue that needs to be dealt with. How the CT's control the T's is such a massive aspect of this gamemode. Round after round, I tend to experience the same situation. Original orders are given, the T's follow them. T's might have the tendency to knife thin air, or misclick moving one place to the right or left, quickly adjusting to go back to their position. Even though these actions have no chance to actually count as rebelling, minor details like this and T's are killed for it. No one enjoys having a 'Nazi' CT. It's not fun. Especially a minute after cells are opened and over half of the Terrorists are dead. I'm not saying that being strict is not allowed. I just feel as if some rules need to be implemented about being 'Nazi'. I am going to use Grom as an example, due to him doing this a lot (sorry mate). So after he gives an order for e.g rush to a particular beam. A terrorist would have done something minor (knife once) before the order was given, and he will say that they are KOS, pinpointing that terrorist for doing something that shouldn't result in him dying. Fair enough if the T had committed something worth killing him for (tried to run away etc). To be honest, it might seem fun for the warden that's doing it and I get that they don't want something that they pass by to come back and bite them in the ass. But seriously, it ruins the experiences for the fellow T's. I made this post because it was bothering me quite a bit, I would like to hear your guys input on this topic. Thanks as always, Love, Acid. Perfect Example: RE: Stop Nazi's - Grom - 05-04-2016 I 100% see your point Honestly I base how nazi I am based on the map "Bite you in the ass" That is why I am not lenient Maps like clouds and lego are the worst(There are other maps, but too lazy to list them all) no nazi = no wins for cts and is not fun for them( for some maps) Being nazi is more fun for a ct cause you are consistantly doing stuff if you are not warden ( killing people or running up to a rebeler and knifing them is really fun) Also as a t I will make sure I do not make a mistake and I kinda like the presure when you vs a nazi warden I do not think there are any rules that need to be put in place Honestly if you are refering to certain orders that you think should not be used. e.g no knifing, button freeze opon arrival instead of remain in confines For now it's fine. No one likes Nazi wardens and guards, personally I feel people on CT that insist that they need to be Nazi are trying to cover up the fact they are terrible CTs. This is usually why I emphasize that rebels should be forgiven (since usually it's a stray nade, decoy, Molotov, or flash bang which has no real chance of actually doing anything) and jumping up and down on the spot isn't something to kill Ts for. People usually tell me if the guards aren't Nazi you can't control the prisoners, they say I'm crazy for not enforcing Nazi guards (even if score is heavily T sided), but I have noticed that if you cut people a little slack they are usually a lot more receptive and cooperative as a whole. I know a few players which usually rebel 24/7 not rebel if the warden is fair/decent. In essence I believe that Nazi guards generally mean bad CTs and It's difficult to find guards who aren't extremely trigger happy and who can actually warden well/at all. End note: Post turned into an essay lol Edit: I still have more to rant about this topic so I edited my post Here's a scenario: warden says Nazi guards and to rush to beacon as he places. Something happens that distracts most of the Ts (like Trident bhopping away lols) Warden places another beacon but doesn't say he did. Some Ts run to beacon, rest are slaughtered for not paying attention and Nazi guards means no warnings need to be given. This scenario shows why Nazi isn't fun at all. But you need that balance. Okay, maybe rules aren't needed, but say if a CT says "Rush into the confines of Medic, button freeze upon arrival". Simple order. I follow it, enter medic. I decide that when I enter it, I stand at the back. Even though my place inside medic gives me no advantage to rebel against CT's, I am still killed for this. I think if a T is not rebelling, why are they killed for it? "You pressed S when you arrived". That has got to be a joke.
